Application and Contract
44th ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

Step 1: Information

  1. Each booth measures 10’ x 10’.  Full payment for each booth requested must accompany this contract.  Exhibit space is assigned on a first-pay, first-served basis, except for AMATYC Partners who are given priority until February 1, 2018.  Booth assignment is not made until full payment and contract are received.

  2. Cancellation Policy: AMATYC agrees to refund 90% of the booth fee for only one booth per exhibitor if a notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to four (4) months before the opening date. If a notice of cancellation is received in writing between four (4) months prior to the opening date and one (1) month before opening date, then AMATYC agrees to refund 50% of the booth fee for only one booth per exhibitor. If a notice of cancellation is received within one (1) month prior to the opening date, then no refund will be given.

  3. The Exhibitor’s name will be listed on the Exhibitor page at the AMATYC website (www.amatyc.org) and an active link will be established if the Exhibitor’s website URL is provided below.

  4. The undersigned agrees to abide by all requirements, restrictions, and obligations listed in the enclosed Exhibitor Guidelines.

  5. The deadline for inclusion in the conference program is September 1, 2018.

Step 2: Download, Print and Scan

  1. Read, print, and sign the AMATYC Exhibitor Guidelines, then upload the completed form when prompted in Step 3 below. If you prefer, you may fax, email, or mail the form to the AMATYC office. AMATYC Exhibitor Guidelines

  2. Print and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form, then upload the completed form when prompted in Step 3 below. If you prefer, you may fax or mail the form to the AMATYC office. Step 3: Complete Exhibit Booth Application/Contract

Complete the 2018 Exhibit Booth Online Form and upload both the Credit Card Authorization Form and the signed AMATYC Exhibitor Guidelines.
