Converting Face-to-Face Classes to Online

There are many changes that many faculty are dealing with right now. There are several resources to help you. One is the Moving Face to Face Classes Online Community on my.amatyc.org.

The AMATYC Foundation invites members of AMATYC (who have been a member for at least one of the past five years) and working in the area of mathematics taught during the first two years of college to apply for a Mini-Grant to help support faculty in converting face-to-face classes to online.

Another resource that AMATYC was involved in writing is the TPSE Top 10 Online Teaching Practices.

A third resource is the Mathematical Association of America put out a statement recently on online teaching. That statement can be found at https://www.mathvalues.org/masterblog/maa-recommendations-covid-19-response
